Lost your certs (STPM, SPM, PT3, PMR, UPSR)

Hi guys,

I felt lost and sad when I found out that my spm certificate was not with me. But I needed it for job applications. If there's anyone out there who have lost, misplaced, torn, or burnt their certificates and want to replace it, this is the blog for you. So I am writing this blog to help others in need of information. All you have to do is listed out as follows :

Firstly, go to your secondary school and find out if they have a copy of your original certificate because some may have not taken it in the first place, so don't go into conclusions that you have lost it before going to the school. But if you are very sure that you got it from the school then you have to  move on to the next.

This is the place you need to go to.

Working hours :
Monday - Thursday : 8.30 am – 4.30 pm
Friday  : 8.30 am – 12.00 pm              2.45 pm – 4.30 pm

Bring along original or photocopy of SPM slip as the angka giliran and year of exam is needed to be filled up in the form. Or just make sure you know the details. Otherwise no documents is needed to be shown or submitted.

If you want to take the public transport, you can by taking Rapidkl bus U43 which goes to Putrajaya Sentral. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Then once you have arrived there, look out for the board which lists all the government places. Lembaga Peperiksaan is under Kompleks E along with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).  Every half an hour there will be a bus. So take the L01 bus which goes to Lembaga Peperiksaan, the journey takes about 10 minutes.  After that, you have to walk straight and turn to your left when you see the sign board BLOK 11. 

You have reached your destination, you will have to fill up a form (Borang Permohonan Salinan Keputusan Peperiksaan )over there , then bring it to the counter and the person in charge will ask you to pay processing fee RM 30 and you will get your copy of the certificate immediately. Once you are done you walk back to the same bus stop and just take any bus that takes you to Putrajaya Sentral. From there take the U43 Rapidkl bus to your original place.
